Facebook Messenger Rooms is a new feature inside of Facebook Messenger for video calls and video conferencing. Messenger Rooms allow you to create a room, set privacy settings for that room, and have up to 50 people video chat inside of that virtual room. There are also no call limits inside of Messenger Rooms.

You can also play games inside the Facebook Messenger app. Facebook will soon add new updates and expand Messenger Rooms to be available via Instagram direct messages and Whatsapp.

The mobile app version of Facebook Messenger Rooms has built-in effects, games, lighting changes, and other features. On the desktop version of Messenger Rooms, you can choose different cameras and microphones and you can share your screen.
