How To Add Auto Captions In Instagram Stories
Instagram just released a really useful update where it automatically captions your videos for the Instagram story. Let me show you how to use it as usual. Make sure you update your Instagram app for the lady just updates. I actually only have this option on one of my Instagram accounts so far, because as usual, it takes a few days to get to everyone.
I'm going to press my logo right here to jump into the Instagram story and then I'm going to press on record here as a story. I'm just recording a video on whatever I'm seeing right now is going to get captioned. Let me let go here and you don't see any caption just yet. You do have to actually press something for it to add.
You see that sticker icon right on top, press that, and then the captions is a sticker. So if you use it that way, click on it, it transcribes the audio, and whatever I said previously shows up just like this. Now, the nice thing about it is you could actually move it and place it somewhere else and you could also tap it and change the style of the caption on the bottom and the color on top.
So if I select the color on top, I could select a different color here from the bottom menu. If it made a mistake, you could actually click it and then click it one more time, and then it lets you edit it. So you could actually edit a word or any of the words that you see over here. That's really, really useful because a lot of times the automated caption is not a hundred percent.
When you're done, press done and as usual, you could go ahead and press your story on the bottom to share it. So I think this is gonna really increase engagement for Instagram story posts because a lot of times people look on Instagram without actually having the volume up on their phone. So having this automated caption option with the sticker is really, really useful and I hope you could utilize it to grow on Instagram. Thanks so much for watching. Please give it a thumbs up.
