How To Add A Signature To Any Document On Mac (Word doc, Pages)
Hey everyone in today's video, I wanted to show you a simple way to sign any document pages, ward, any text documents on your Mac. I found it very frustrating and couldn't find a simple way, but finally, I found an option that will take less than a minute. I want to show you that right now. This is what you have to do on the document that you have open.
You simply need to take a screenshot of white space. So that's command shift four, and it will get this crosshair and go ahead and take a screenshot like that. And the screenshot will appear right on your desktop here in a second and as soon as it appears, I'm going to go ahead and control, click on it or right, click on it and open with preview the very first option, and here's the preview window. And preview gives you this really cool option to sign. Let me show you that your go-to tools. You go to annotate and there's a signature option, and I erased all my signature, but if you go to manage signature, here's the option.
You'll get on their camera right here. You'll have a trackpad available. If you are on a laptop on a desktop here, go ahead and write your signature here and then press done and just like that, your signature has been saved. I could go here and I could go ahead and insert that signature, just like that and resize it to fill the page and I'm going to press command S to save it. I could go to file and save as well and now if I close this, this file right here is my signature. All I would have to do is bring it to this document and just like that, I could go ahead and resize it and place it exactly where I wanted it in the document and that's how quickly you could sign any document on your Mac. I hope you found this quick video useful. Please make sure you give it a thumbs up and subscribe to the channel for easy to follow tech videos and I'll catch you next time. Thanks for watching.
