How to Stay Extremely Focused and Productive Using The Pomodoro Technique

Staying focus can be hard.  But you can focus for small chunks of time using the Pomodoro Technique.  

The Pomodoro technique is an idea of choosing a task and having complete focus on that task for 25 minutes at a time.  Once the 25 minutes are up, you take a 5 minute break and start the next 25 minute session.

There is an app called Flora that helps you keep track of the time and your progress throughout the week with a great visual representation of growing trees for every Pomodoro session you complete.  

In this video, we will look at how to effectively use the app to keep track of the Pomodoro technique and learn extreme focus and get things done.
